We are a remote service company, we do not work on machines in person. How this works... Quick Instructions: You need to have a working broadband connection (DSL, Cable, ETC.) You call for an appointment (716) 297-8397, you then download our remote control software and the technician fixes your machine. Once done to your satisfaction you are billed for the time, which you can see clearly displayed on our timer bar within our remote control software toolbar. Our software allows secure sharing of your screen, keyboard and mouse via an internet connection. We can see everything that is on your computer screen and control your mouse and keyboard just as if we were sitting in front of your computer. You, of course, can STOP this at any time. You are always in control.

Rates

Billing is simple and cost effective.

Remote Services are billed at $50.00 per hour - (billed in 15 minute increments) If it is something simple and can be fixed within 5 minutes there is no charge.
